Journal Aim and Scope: A key goal of the journal is to facilitate robust and dynamic scholarly communication between business schools in Ireland and beyond, including non-cognate disciplines.
The journal aims to infuse these conversations with contributions from a diverse range of professionals, practitioners and industry experts. It is intended that this exchange of ideas will spark new developments and innovations as well as foster enthusiasm, humanity and creativity within the business community.
Journal Description: DBS Business Review is an open access, peer-reviewed, academic journal published by the DBS Library Press.
Journal Coverage: The journal seeks to focus on articles with an interdisciplinary approach between Business and Arts. The journal welcomes relevant submissions from a range of disciplines including but not restricted to accounting and finance, innovation and design, digital media, management, marketing, international business, corporate governance, business ethics, human resource management, retail management, IT, event management, strategy, project management, business law, etc
Submission Invitation: The journal welcomes new contributions from academics, researchers, industry, students (postgraduate and undergraduate) in Ireland and beyond for inclusion in our next publication issue (Volume 5, 2022).
Submissions Types: The journal accepts a variety of content ranging from journal articles, opinion pieces, and case studies to book reviews and conference reports. The Submission Page has the full list of material which is accepted for publication.
Submission Guidelines: Authors are invited to submit papers for this journal through the Submission Portal.
Editorial and Advisory Board Listing: Editorial Board and Advisory Board members include academics, librarians and practitioners from institutions in Ireland and internationally.
Submissions Deadlines: The journal is published annually. The deadline for submission for the next volume is October 31, 2022.
Indexing: Dublin Business Review is indexed with the DOAJ and EBSCO.
New Graduate Article Award: We would like to invite submissions for the first DBS Business Review Graduate Article Award. £250 will be given for the best article submitted by a postgraduate student registered at an Irish college or university. For more information contact: trevor.haugh@dbs.ie
